CANCELLATION POLICY

NON-ACCEPTANCE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER (ROOM BOOKING / RESERVATION)

(a) If you cancel the room booking / reservation before your check-in date, we reserve the right to invoice you and charge for all expenses involved in reservation as per your order.

(b) If you cancel the room booking / reservation on OR after your check-in date, we reserve the right to charge you for all expenses incurred to that stage.

REFUND POLICY

In case any client cancel room booking / reservation, we can provide a refund as per our cancellation terms. 

CANCELLATION TERMS

a) Room booking / reservation cancellation done more than 15 working days before your check-in date : 50% Booking Amount will be refunded

(b) Room booking / reservation cancellation done upto 15 working days before your check-in date : 25% Booking Amount will be refunded

(c) Room booking / reservation cancellation done on OR after your check-in date : 0% Booking Amount will be refunded
